BodyFlow is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds strength and flexibility, but also leaves you feeling centered and calm. RPM Indoor Cycling
RPM is way more than a spinning class! This cycling class is specifically designed to burn a ton of calories. We'll ride through hills, flats, sprints and mountains to make you stronger and fitter. This is the most fun you will have burning 600 calories.... or more!
